Robin Craggs Ms. Craggs holds a Masters in International Education from the American University. Since 1989, she has served in international higher education including the joint campus of Willamette University/Tokyo International University of America, Cornell University, Occidental College, the Academy for Educational Development (an NGO) and Seattle University. She studied abroad in Japan and served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Papua New Guinea. |

Julie Jimenez Ms. Jimenez earned a Master's degree in International Education from New York University. Before coming to Occidental, she held positions at New York University and Loyola Marymount University's study abroad offices. She is fluent in Spanish and has studied extensively in Chile. Additionally, Ms. Jimenez spent two years in Japan as part of the Japanese Teaching Exchange (JET) program. During graduate school, she completed a social and education reform program in South Africa. She holds Bachelor's degrees in International Affairs and Spanish from UC Davis. |

Marisa Grover Mofford Ms. Mofford grew up abroad in Spain, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Chile. These global nomad roots give her first-hand experience in cross cultural adjustment and the issues unique to the preparation and planning for all phases of the study abroad and international student experience. Ms. Mofford advises students in every phase of their off campus study planning and preparation. She coordinates the United Nations Program, and monitors exchange and visiting student programs. She is the College's Primary Designated School Official, and advises on F-1 international student issues. She conducts immigration advising, programming, academic and personal support. |

Program Coordinator The Program Coordinator is responsible for advising for all off-campus study programs; coordinates student-run small-group orientation programs; schedules and organizes information meetings; manages the application process; maintains department databases; assists students with all phases of the enrollment process. In addition, she monitors study abroad program expenses; processes all invoices for the IPO; maintains the website and extensive resource library; hires and oversees Student Office Workers. |
