Hardware support provided for both PCs and Macs


ITS offers complete warranty support for the standard faculty and staff desktop and laptop computers (PCs and Macs) provided by the College. Best effort support is provided for non-standard computers, and departmental charges for specific parts or other items may be required.  Support for student computers will be provided on a best efforts basis.
