Group Language

Although Occidental does not offer majors in Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or German, students can combine study of one of these languages with a second language (Spanish or French) for a Group Language major. There is no single formula for every combination; please consult the catalog for details. Students planning a group major are encouraged to participate in Occidental’s international off-campus study program.
