Women's Studies/Gender Studies

Women's Studies/Gender Studies is an interdisciplinary, cross-cultural program focused on the study of gender issues and women's contribution to human history and culture. Rapidly changing conditions of women's lives worldwide necessitate serious study and reflection in issues raised by these changes. The interdisciplinary approach is aimed at a cohesive understanding of the complex ways in which gender is defined and expressed.
