German Studies

Occidental offers courses in elementary, intermediate, advanced, and conversational German, modern German history, literature, and culture, and independent study opportunities. German is offered as a minor only. Students may also combine German with another language (French, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Spanish) into a Group Major.
