The Willis H. Booth Hall consists of a one-story building, with practice rooms and the Helen and Remsen Bird Studio. A two-level structure providing departmental offices, teaching studios, music library and listening booths, practice and seminar rooms, was added later. The second structure houses special facilities for music including the Douglas Wright, Jr., Memorial Room for choral music, and the Dorothy Buffum Chandler Instrumental Rehearsal and Music Classroom. Both structures are the gifts of many alumni and friends of the College. It houses the Education and Music Departments. Original structure erected 1929; two-level structure, 1960. Remodeled in 1988 to include office and classroom space for the Education Department.
