They presented a free concert in Herrick Chapel on Sunday, January 28th as the traditional final stop of their tour.

Professor Shanna Lorenz spent a week in residence at the University of Science and Arts of Chiapas in Southern Mexico where she presented a series of talks about music and migration in the United States and consulted with indigenous students conducting research in their local communities.

Congratulations to our Assistant Professor of Composition, Adam Schoenberg, on receiving two 2018 Grammy nominations! Prof. Schoenberg's Picture Studies has been nominated for Best Contemporary Classical Composition, and the album of his music released in January of this year for Best Engineered Album, Classical.
