Shapiro has composed music for over 70 Hollywood films, including Collateral Beauty, Ghostbusters (2016), Central Intelligence, Zoolander, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, We're the Millers, The Campaign, Arthur (2011), Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Jennifer's Body, I Love You, Man, Marley & Me, Tropic Thunder, Dodgeball, 13 Going on 30, and The Devil Wears Prada. He will discuss his work as a film composer and critique the work of student composers from Music 258: Intro to Film Scoring.
