For the past 34 years, Mr. Don Campbell has worked with the Upward Bound students as part of the summer residential program. He has taught the Writers’ Seminar and Creative Writing classes. The Upward Bound staff have selected several poems that present the work of our students that have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Campbell. Also included in the exhibit are pictures from the last 30 years of the Upward Bound Program.

Occidental Upward Bound program has been part of the Occidental Community since 1965. The program provides opportunities for participants to succeed in their precollege performance and ultimately in their higher education pursuits.
