Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts in History at Occidental College and his Master of Library and Information Science at San José State University.

Resource-Sharing Specialist

Tia holds a BA in English and an MFA in screenwriting. She comes from Colorado where she developed a love of storytelling, libraries, the liberal arts, and more.

Special Collections & College Archives

Director, Special Collections and Archives

Julie earned a BA in Humanities from San Jose State University, MA in Classics from UC Irvine, PhD in History from UC Berkeley, and MLIS from the University of Washington. She's taught undergraduate courses in History, Humanities, and Latin and researches identities in 15th-16th-century Europe.

Instruction and Research Librarian

Helena earned her Master's in Library and Information Science from UCLA; her previous explorations include an intensive two-year program titled The Art and Technique of Filmmaking at the London Film School, England, and a BA in Communication Studies from the Universidade de Brasília, Brazil.

Archivist

Alanna Quan graduated with her BA in Religious Studies from Occidental College in 2016 and a Master's in Library and Information Science from UCLA in 2023. 

Coordinator, Book Arts Program

Jocelyn Webb Pedersen is a letterpress printer and book artist. She is affiliated faculty in Art and Art History where she teaches courses in typography and hand-printed book production and offers co-curricular programs, events, and workshops.
