Director, Neighborhood Partnership Program
Erik is the Director for Neighborhood Partnership Program at Occidental College. In his capacity, he oversees and coordinates a robust college access and success program centered on getting Occidental students off campus supporting first-generation, underrepresented students prepare for and succeed in higher education. With 10 years of experience across the educational spectrum, Erik brings his passion for equity and Social Justice to every aspect of his work with the college. Erik is a graduate and alum of Occidental College where he majored in Diplomacy and World Affairs. He received his Masters from California State University, Los Angeles where he focused on Public Policy and Public Administration.
