Change Your Plan

Select or Change Your Meal Plan

New Students:

If you reside in a residence hall or the Guest House you must purchase a meal plan.  Select your plan via MyOxy (Log in and go to the Student Services tab, Student Business Services channel in the center of the page, click on "Meal Plan Select Form". If you do not select a plan you will be placed on meal plan B.

If you decide to change your plan, you may do so using the same form. Changes will only be reflected on your billing statement once per month, on the date the bill is issued (usually on or about the 15th). On-line changes for fall semester are available through the deadline of Friday, September 3 at 5pm. No meal plan changes will be accepted after the deadline. 

Returning Students Living in a residence hall:

You will be placed on the same meal plan as the last semester you lived on Campus.  If the Card Office does not have this information and you do not select a plan you will be placed on Meal Plan B. Meal plan changes may be made via MyOxy (Log in and go to the Student Services tab, Student Business Services channel in the center of the page, click on "Meal Plan Select Form".)

On-line changes for fall semester are accepted through the deadline of Friday, September 3 at 5pm. No meal plan changes will be accepted after the deadline. 

If you move off campus:

You must inform the Card Office if you would like to cancel your meal plan in conjunction with the move. If you move out of a residence hall and back in at a later date, you will automatically be placed on Meal Plan B and must notify the Card Office within two weeks (10 business days) if you want a different plan.
