Required Job Postings:
All approved employers are required to post open and available jobs and internship opportunites in Handshake by January 15, 2020.
Once your career fair registration is approved by career services, registration fees must be paid within two weeks.
$200.00 per table for private sector employers and graduate schools
$75.00 per table for non-profit employers
All fees cover the costs for up to two employer representatives affiliated with the same employer or graduate school. There is a $50 charge for each additional representative. No more than four representatives can be accommodated per table. No more than one table per organization.
Employer Setup and Weather
The Oxy Career Fair is an outdoor event located on the Johnson Student Center Quad (JSC Quad) and will be held at this location rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather or other unpredictable conditions, we will notify all approved employers of any changes by email.
All approved employers will be provided one six-by-two foot rectangular table, an umbrella, two chairs, a black tablecloth, and a deluxe boxed lunch for each registered representative. Employers are welcome to bring a company branded tablecloth, pop-ups, and swag for students.
Since this is an outdoor event, access to electrical outlets are limited. Should you need an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that you need access to electrical power when you register for the event. We will do our best to support all requests. However, if we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you by email to inform you in advance of the event.

The Career Fair fees charged to employers and graduate schools help Occidental College, a registered non-profit, offset some of the expenses affiliated with this large scale event. Employers who are approved, but need to cancel, will receive a full refund if the cancellation is submitted in writing before January 31, 2020. We cannot provide a refund on or after January 31, 2020.
Parking is free for all employers. Designated parking instructions and required campus parking passes will be emailed to each representative listed in the registration form at least two weeks before date of the Career Fair. Occidental College is not responsible for vehicles, property inside of vehicles or any property brought onto campus that may become damaged during your visit.
