COVID-19 testing QR code and patient portal access
First you will go to the patient portal (myhealth.oxy.edu) on your computer or mobile device. You will log-in with the same oxy ID and password you use to access all Oxy sites.
The system will ask you to validate your date of birth.
On the menu bar on the left side of your page you will go to "My Appointments". You may also go to the "Profile" page to update your cell phone and email address to receive your COVID-19 test results and notifications.
On the appointments page, you will see your next COVID testing appointment. Community members will get tested twice weekly on a Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday schedule. Under your appointment you will see the option to "Show Barcode". Click this link and your unique appointment QR code will pop up. Show this to the testing staff to get scanned.

Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your medical and mental health records is a priority at Emmons Wellness Center. Given that email is not a secure form of communication, we now offer a patient portal that allows you to:
- View and cancel your upcoming appointments
- Request your health records
- Complete healthcare forms
- Receive and respond to messages from your provider

Please note that Emmons will only utilize phone and the Patient Portal as a means of communication specific information about your healthcare, including appointment reminders.
