Web Help

The Oxy Web Team offers training, guidance, and troubleshooting help for people who manage academic department, program, office, or club/organization websites.

Oxy staff, faculty and student web editors can update their websites without knowing how to code; however, editing your website does require some training and practice to become comfortable with it.

Web Editor Training

Every web editor must first watch our training videos to learn how to use our website's content management system (CMS). If you would like a new web editor account, please request one. Once you have watched the training videos, you can email the web team to initiate your account. Going forward, you can email your web-related questions and requests to us at helpdesk@oxy.edu.

Troubleshooting

Have you encountered a problem with updating your website? Check our troubleshooting page for tips to resolve common issues. If you still require help after reviewing the troubleshooting tips please contact the web team.
