While our gallery remains closed to the public, our spring exhibition Carolina Caycedo: Care Report is designed to be experienced streetside beginning February 19, 2021. Stop by our street-facing windows along York Blvd. to view the exhibition and the mural In Yarrow We Trust, a temporary work that is part of Care Report

We invite you to follow us on Instagram for regular updates on our work, watch past event recordings on our YouTube page, and access our arts education lesson plans for youth, families and educators.

We firmly believe that art is a salve for communities and neighbors, particularly in challenging times, and we look forward to welcoming you back to our events and gatherings when it is safe to do so. Until then, please find ways to support the artists, cultural workers, independent providers of services and care who may not have institutional safety nets during this time.

We send our best wishes for the collective health of our communities

We are a vital public space bringing together the campus community, the Northeast Los Angeles community, and local and regional artists in socially conscious dialogue and engagement. We seek to share, connect and hold space for ideas and curiosity. You are welcome here.

Oxy Arts programs across mediums—film, visual art, performance, writing and music. It also serves as a gateway to Oxy’s five academic arts majors and minors: Art & Art History, Interdisciplinary Writing, Media Arts & Culture, Music, and Theater.
