10 Healthy Eating Tips for Busy College Students
Nutrition counseling and education services are offered free to Oxy students. Registered Dietitian Nancy M. Neff, RD is available by appointment to meet with individuals or groups. If you have questions or concerns about any nutrition issue, you may contact Nancy directly at nnnutrition@earthlink.net or call Campus Dining at (323) 259-2629 to set up an appointment. Topics may include balancing a vegetarian diet, food intolerance or allergies, weight loss, gain or maintenance, or health issues, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, eating disorders or anemia.
Do you have a food allergy, and want help making food choices in the dining facilities? Contact Associate Director Judy Runyon at jrun@oxy.edu or (323) 259-2789 for consultation on menu ingredients.
