Join us for "Ultimate Frisbee in Pyongyang: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love North Korea", a talk by Ron Osborn, PhD.
Romald Osborn, PhD, is a Bannerman Fellow with the Program in Politics and International Relations at the University of Southern California, where he recently defended his doctoral dissertation entitled "Nihilism's Conscience: Grounding Human Rights After Darwin, Marx, and Nietzsche." He holds Master's degrees from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London), and the Graduate Institute of St. John's College in Annapolis. His publications include the book Anarchy and Apocalypse: Essays on Faith, Violence, and Theodicy (Cascade Books, 2010) and articles in a variety of journals and magazines including Commonweal, Z Magazine, First Things, Health and Human Rights, Review of International Studies, Humanitas, Modern Age, and the Journal of Law and Religion.

Senior Portraits
Grandma's photo collection won't be complete without a graduation photo.
Ultimate Exposures will be on campus to take senior portraits. The basic sitting is free! The cap and gown photo of your choice will be placed in the yearbook and you will have the option to order copies of the photos for you and your folks. You are invited to attend "1989: The European and International Ramifications of the Fall of the Berlin Wall", a talk by Mary Elise Sarotte.
Professor Sarotte is Professor of International Relations and History at the University of Southern California.
There will also be the possibility to purchase Professor Sarotte's book 1989: The Struggle to Create Post-Cold War Europe, to get signed by the author.
