Facilities Event Services

To request event planning assistance, please click "Request Event Services" in the requests panel under the employee services tab in MyOxy.

Each of the services below are part of the Occidental College event plan.

HVAC
Choose this service to ensure the heating/cooling system is scheduled to operate during your event.

Custodial Support ($200)
Choose custodial support to have cleaning services personnel available during your event to clean up spills and bodily fluids. (Most often used for Type 3 events).

Cleaning (Interior)
Choose this service to ensure cleanup between and after special events, especially when food is served.

Irrigation Off
Choose this service if using outdoor areas where irrigation is present. This will ensure the irrigation will not operate during your event.

Blow, Mow, Prep, Pickup Trash (Exterior)
