The Economics Department welcomes Chris Brickman ’86 back to Oxy. Brickman will discuss his personal leadership journey, including being the CEO and president of two major companies, and how his mistakes helped him become the effective leader he is today.

Chris Brickman graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Oxy in 1986 and is the author of the book Brilliance in Failure.
Brickman is currently the CEO of Sally Beauty Holdings. Previously he was the president of Kimberly-Clark International and a principal at McKinsey and Company.
