Forwarding Mail
To forward your mail you must login to your MyOxy account and using the pull down menu select FW Forwarding by Postal Operations. Enter the address in the fields provided and then click submit. You can also have your mail directed toward your campus box by entering your full campus mailing address.
Most students will have mail forwarded over the summer as we do not allow for Forwarding during the Academic year unless you have dropped out or are on a leave of absence or abroad. For this type of forwarding, NR (not returning) LOA (Leave of Absence) or Abroad, our system will automaticlaly forward your mail to your mailing address. So please be sure prior to leaving that you check to make sure that is the address you want your mail to go to.
FOR SUMMER MAILING ONLY
Log in to your MyOxy account
Click on Student Services
Click on Address/Phone Update
Using the pull down menu choose FW=Forwarding by Postal Operations
Enter the date range
In the fields provided enter your mailing address followed by City, State and Zip Code
If wanting to keep your mail on campus over the summer, with the fields provided
Line 1 should be 1600 Campus Rd
Line 2 should be your campus mailbox number
City, State, Zip Code
Click Submit
Students not using the pull down menu, and never establishing a FW address, the program will default to your maiing address. Please make sure it is accurate.
