Authorized Driver Procedures

It's very important to read all of the following documents before submitting your application/appeal.

If you are applying to be an authorized driver, please include a copy of your drivers licence as well as your certificate of online training. These can be emailed to ccortez@oxy.edu or send to Facilities Management Office attention Carol Cortez.

Online Driver Training

Occidental's insurance carrier now requires all authorized driver applicants to complete a 30-minute online driver training. You must print out the certificate once you have completed the test and submit with your Authorized driver Application. 
Note: you should not try to "print screen" as it will remove your information and you will have to start over.

Complete the training in English.
Complete the training in Spanish.
