Dr. Rodríguez' interdisciplinary interests include social identity, politics, culture, and inclusive pedagogies. Intergroup relations theory and research figure prominently in her teaching, mentoring, and research. Experiential/active learning and peer-facilitator training are secondary interests and students in her seminar courses take on increased responsibility for learning from and teaching one another.
