Psychology

From cells to society, discovering explanations for thought and behavior from different angles, with diverse lenses.

Broadly, psychology is defined as the study of mental and behavioral processes. Psychologists study a wide range of complex phenomena in humans and other species, from basic processes to real world applications of scientific knowledge. At Occidental, students acquire the skills needed to sustain their exploration of psychology beyond college.
