The College has enacted the Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy to reflect and maintain its institutional values and community expectations, to provide for fair and equitable procedures for determining when the policy has been violated, and to provide recourse for individuals and the community in response to violations of the policy.

Civil Rights Policy

Occidental College's Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Policy applies to reports of discrimination or harassment on the basis of a protected characteristic (other than sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression).
