Gruskin and Cohen are at the USC Institute for Inequalities in Global Health. They have been global leaders in raising awareness on how public health emergencies – from HIV/AIDS to Covid-19 -- are, fundamentally, human rights emergencies. Our current pandemic may fade, but what is needed to address the underlying vulnerabilities to ill-health caused by systemic violations of cultural, economic, political, and social rights?

Laura Ferguson from USC’s Institute on Inequalities in Global Health will lead this interactive conversation. We invite you to engage with your questions and thoughts!
