Arts and Humanities Librarian

Erin received her MLIS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her BA in history from Smith College. Some of her interests include the neo-traditional student experience, critical librarianship, popular media analysis, and medieval perceptions of embodied difference. Erin strives to incorporate empathetic, creative, and user-centered practices into her reference, instruction, and research support. Outside of libraries, she has experience directing and performing Shakespeare with community theatre groups.
