O-Team Leader
Hi! My name is Iris Maas, and I’m so excited to join the orientation team for this fall’s international student orientation! I’m currently a sophomore planning to declare my major in psychology and minor in religious studies. I’m originally from the suburbs of Washington, DC, with the majority of my family either living in Germany or having immigrated to the US from there. I’m fluent in German, and took Mandarin and French in school (help me practice)! In my free time, you can usually find me working on one of my many unfinished creative writing projects, at the gym, or at a meeting of Oxy’s very own K-Tigers club. I’m so excited to help your transition to college be as comfortable and smooth as possible, and I can’t wait to meet you!
