Native to Orange County, Southern California, Jessica was born and raised in the city of Santa Ana. She is a proud daughter of immigrants and a first-generation, Hispanic professional. She holds degrees in Business Administration (Finance), Human Services (Mental Health), a minor in Economics, and a Master’s in Higher Education. Jessica is passionate about supporting underrepresented students and creating spaces where all students can thrive. She leads with empathy, advocates for student success, and believes in the power of collaborative leadership.
