Resident Director for the First Year Experience
Lauren came to Oxy from San Diego, California, where she graduated from the Higher Education Leadership master's program at the University of San Diego. Her expertise is creating unique leadership experiences that are socially conscious and foster curiosity for self and others. Lauren facilitates learning about self, others and teams through workshops and leading experiential opportunities. Her graduate research focused on best practices for promoting gender equity in outdoor adventures. She attended the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA and received a bachelor's in Feminist Economics. Fun fact: Lauren does not have an undergraduate GPA because Evergreen did not have grades!
