Luci began working at Oxy in the fall of 2014, as the first full-time Disability Services Coordinator, and over the years has grown the office and its resource to best support students. Luci works with students who have, or think they may have, a learning difference, chronic medical or psychological issue, or any type of disability, via accommodations and general support. Luci's background includes a Master's Degree in Education, focusing on college student development and counseling. She started her career as a Learning Specialist, working with students on executive functioning skills and academic strategies. Luci strives to cultivate and support an inclusive and compassionate campus community that is educated about individual differences and the richness it brings to our community. She also believes that the students she works with are the best on campus and on this point, there is no arguing with her.
