The Center for Research & Scholarship (CRS) supports, promotes, and builds community around faculty research, scholarship, creative work, and professional achievement.
The programs and resources offered by the Center for Research & Scholarship, which was founded in 2016, are guided by the following goals:
- To support faculty members in their scholarship and creative work, through activities that include but are not limited to workshops, mentorship, and funding
- To promote scholarly achievement to internal and external stakeholders, including the media, alumni and trustees, donors, parents, prospective students, and the public
- To build intellectual community and cultivate a vibrant intellectual life on campus by sponsoring events and leading initiatives that make scholarship, research, and creative work feel seen and valued
Faculty wishing to make use of the Center should indicate the kind of support they want on the CRS portal.
