Featured Artists: Carmen Argote, Susu Attar, April Banks, Marisa Futernick, iris yirei hu, Phung Huynh, Jessica Rath and Akemi Ki, and The Echo Park Film Center.
Special DJ Set by Dublab Future Roots Radio, inspired by tastes of culinary LA. 
Culinary tastings provided by NELA community food vendors: Colorado Donuts, Jugos Aztecas, Las Cazuelas and Tierra Caliente.

As a space of belonging for geographically, culturally, and socially diverse constituencies, we explore the culture of food and how it transcends conventional systems of power. Breaking Bread is an opportunity to consider our shared connections through food, while acknowledging the complexities, inequities and challenges often found in prevailing food systems. 

Breaking Bread in L.A. will run September 12 to November 24, 2019.
Gallery hours: 11AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday.
