This all-levels class offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and breathe deeply in community.
Led by trauma-informed instructor Esther Aliah, this session centers empowerment through mindful movement, self-compassion, and embodied presence. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, all bodies and identities are welcome. This is a quiet space to honor yourself, support one another, and embrace rest as a radical act of care.
