3:35 p.m. The College's telephone service provider has restored all telephone service on campus. The telephone system is back to normal.
11:10 a.m. All campus telephone land lines are down; Occidental's service provider is working to identify and fix the problem. As a result of the service outage, no one calling College numbers from off campus or a cellphone can get through. However, it is still possible to call one campus extension from another campus extension. If you need to reach Campus Safety, call/text 323-907-0780, use your LiveSafe app, or one of the blue-light safety phones on campus. Please check this page for updates.
