Description:
Need help getting started on your to-do list? Join us for Motivation Mondays: Body Doubling, a weekly co-working session designed to support focus, motivation, and productivity in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Whether you're working on assignments, emails, or personal projects, this is a dedicated time and space to get things done—together.

We also provide 20-minute desk visual timers with silent operation and doodle pads to help you stay on task and engaged.

An Academic Success Coach and a Case Manager will be available each week to offer optional 1:1 support.

Snacks will be provided for in-person attendees. Bring a friend, stay as long as you'd like, and make some real progress!
