At Occidental, annual gifts flow through the Oxy Fund, and they have an immediate impact: they open a door for a student, fuel a professor's research, promote a program initiative, or support a campus priority. Because the Oxy Fund is unrestricted, every gift is applied exactly where it's needed most.

Multiply that by the thousands of gifts made each year, and you get something remarkable: a fund that touches literally every part of Oxy, and adds up to roughly 4% of the College's entire operating budget, helping cover costs across every department and program on campus.
