The 2022 Summer Research Conference will be back in person for the first time since 2019! We welcome members of the Oxy community to join us on campus for the conference as we celebrate the work being done by our students in the Summer Research Program.

Conference locations include Academic Commons, Fowler Hall, Gresham Hall, Branca Patio and Lower Herrick Lawn.
Orientation is designed to introduce you to life at Occidental, from academic expectations to opportunities for intellectual, cultural, and social involvement. New Student Orientation is compulsory for all incoming new students (including transfer, exchange, and visiting students). Family Orientation is optional, and about half to two-thirds of new students have a family member or guest participate in some portion of the program.
