Tzu is a junior from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, double majoring in Philosophy and Comparative Studies in Literature and Culture, and double minoring in Cognitive Science and CTSJ. Tzu joins the Blyth Fund to expand his exposure to running an investment portfolio. Outside of class, he leads multiple initiatives such as building Effective Altruism Occidental, Oxypreneurship, Barbell Club, Oxy Gaming Guild, and Effective Altruism Los Angeles. He loves to geek out about effective altruism, art, film analysis, jazz music theory, esports and olympic weightlifting techniques. He is fond of entrepreneurship and is considering venture capital and consulting as potential career pathways.
