For over 10 years, the Oxy Ecossentials student club has collected secondhand dorm goods at the end of the year and resold them to the community for affordable prices, encouraging reuse on campus and diverting valuable items from the landfill. Each fall, we offer incredible discounts on pre-loved dorm and college essentials like fans, lamps, hangers, school supplies, textbooks, and Oxy gear.

Join us on campus this fall for Homecoming & Family Weekend 2024. Enjoy weekend traditions like the Student Spirit Parade, the Glee Club Concert, and Oswald's Homecoming Celebration. Cheer on our Tigers at multiple athletic events. And so much more!

Orientation is designed to introduce you to life at Occidental, from academic expectations to opportunities for intellectual, cultural, and social involvement. New Student Orientation is compulsory for all incoming new students (including transfer, exchange, and visiting students).

This event honors outstanding student leaders, organizations, and staff mentors across campus. Testimonials from nominators will highlight the achievements of this year's recipients, who were nominated in four categories: Endowed Awards, Individual Student Leadership Awards, Individual Faculty and Staff Awards, and Student Organization Awards.
