HCC 200: CAREER QUEST is designed for all majors and students interested in learning the process for conducting an internship or job search.

Career Week: Clothing Boutique

Each student will receive 3 complimentary tickets to shop for FREE BUSINESS ATTIRE donated by Oxy alumni! Earn more clothing by using the tickets you accumulated during the week.

Seniors: 10 AM - 3:30 PM

Juniors: 12 PM - 3:30 PM

Sophomores and First Years: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Industry Insights: Careers in Human Resources

If you are looking for a career that allows you to interact with people at all levels of an organization, Human Resources might be a great career path for you. Human Resources is a rewarding career offering competitive pay and advancement opportunities. Entry level salaries $42-52K.

Students will have the opportunity to ask the panelists questions about human resources employment opportunities, the panelists' career journey, and challenges in the field.

Career Week: Student and Alumni Networking Night

Student and Alumni Networking Night brings a diverse group of accomplished alumni back to campus to answer questions and share their advise with students from across all disciplines. Come network with alumni to learn about career choices, industry trends, and expectations of new graduates entering the workforce.

Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

American Film Institute Info Session

Meet Oxy alumnus Paulette Palafox '98, Director of Admission for The American Film Institute Graduate Conservatory. The AFI Conservatory offers a Master of Fine Arts degree in six disciplines: Cinematography, Directing, Editing, Producing, Production Design and Screenwriting. Accomplished professionals serve as mentors and Faculty to Fellows in mastering their chosen disciplines.
