Stretch & Set: Sunset Yoga

Led by a trauma-informed instructor, this session centers empowerment through mindful movement, self-compassion, and embodied presence. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, all bodies and identities are welcome. This is a quiet space to honor yourself, support one another, and embrace rest as a radical act of care.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Mats will be available, or feel free to bring your own. Remember to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.

Empowerment Resource Fair

Every year, the fair is hosted during Project SAFE’s Empowerment Week, an annual observance held at Occidental College to raise awareness of campus sexual assault and provide a platform for survivors and their allies to share messages of hope and healing. The Empowerment Resource Fair is open to all students, staff, and faculty committed to raising awareness of and preventing sexual assault and gender-based violence on college campuses. Games, activities, prizes and resources will be provided for all who participate!

Anora: Film Screening and Discussion

The screening will be followed by a post-film discussion that discusses the central themes of identity, power, autonomy, and self-worth.

Have thoughts on the film? Offer your perspective and take on the nuanced portrayal of class dynamics, emotional resilience, and societal perceptions of sex work. Anora raises compelling questions about self-perception, healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, and power imbalances in relationships that we hope to investigate and analyze together!
