Transportation Off-Campus
To help students get to off campus events, meetings and appointments, Occidental college offers taxi vouchers and access to a zipcar program.
To use the taxi voucher system, students may visit Emmons Wellness Center, Campus Safety or Residential Education. Below are some tips on how to use taxi vouchers:
Taxi vouchers require no immediate out-of-pocket expense, and will be automatically billed to your student account.
To get a rid both away from and back to campus, you will need to call the number on the taxi voucher form.
The best place to arrange for pickup is at the fountain near Herrick.
“Pay" the taxi driver by handing them the voucher.
