You’re invited to join the Moore Lab on a short walk to explore the birds and other wildlife that can be found on our beautiful campus.

The walk led by James Maley, collections manager for the Moore Lab, will begin in front of BioScience and head up the hill towards the baseball field where all of the parrots have been hanging out lately, then walk over to FEAST, one of the best birding spots on campus.
You might learn how the parrots got here, how to tell ravens from crows, how to identify various animals you might encounter, and how to use popular nature apps eBird and iNaturalist. The walk should last about an hour. There will be some binoculars to share.
