Lilly Eluvathingal
Science Librarian

Lilly completed her BSc (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Zoology) and MSc (Zoology) in south India. Her interests in Herpetology lead to a PhD (Florida International University, Miami) studying amphibian assemblages in tea plantations in southern India. During her graduate school journey, she also explored her interest in digital pedagogy. She taught in the Biology department at Occidental College for a year before moving to the Library where she is interested in working with students and faculty to use analytical, quantitative, and geospatial skills as they develop various research projects. Her interests include: multimedia tools, quantitative skill development, Geospatial tools, digital pedagogy tools, and data management and analysis. Her hobbies include dabbling with watercolour botanical illustrations and origami.
