Students are responsible for knowing the following:

All residents moving into a residence hall will be given a Room Condition Report, which must be completed in detail, listing the furnishings and describing the condition of the room and its contents. It is important that each resident completes this form, as it is used to determine normal wear and tear or assign responsibility for damage and assess appropriate fees. REHS staff will inspect each room when residents move out. Damage to or theft of furnishings will be charged to the residents of that room. Residents who do not complete a Room Condition Report may not appeal damage charges.
