Celia Chen, our long-time lecturer and newly hired tenure-track faculty member, earned her PhD from the Center for Systems and Software Engineering at University of Southern California on May 10, 2019. Her PhD, “Assessing Software Maintainability in Systems by Leveraging Fuzzy Methods and Linguistic Analysis,” explores methods for automating software maintenance processes.
