Educational Resources

To advance Occidental College’s commitment to maintaining an environment free of all forms of discrimination and harassment, the Civil Rights & Title IX Office provides resources to help recognize and address various forms of discrimination and harassment.

The Civil Rights & Title IX Office is dedicated to providing the Oxy community with tools to expand knowledge and foster a shared understanding of diverse perspectives, identities, and lived experiences. Cultivating knowledge and understanding is essential to sustaining a supportive and welcoming living and learning environment where all members of the Oxy community feel safe, valued, and respected.

The Definitions and Terms section acknowledges that understandings of antisemitism, hate, and discrimination can vary, and there is no single universally accepted definition.
