2020 Taxes and More

Federal tax returns and W-2(s) allow us to verify the information you reported on your FAFSA and CSS Profile.

Upload your and your parent(s) 2020 federal tax returns and W-2(s) to IDOC by your deadline (different students have different deadlines) so we may finalize our review of your file and make an official aid offer. We require the entire federal tax return, including W-2s, 1099s, all schedules (A, B, C, D, E, F, K-1, etc.), and statements. If you sent it to the IRS, we need a copy as well!

Not Filing Tax Returns?

If you or your parent(s) will not be filing a federal tax return, be sure to indicate this on your CSS Profile and FAFSA. A parent(s) who does not file a tax return will have to submit a Non-Filing Statement - Parent form. Additional documentation may be requested.

What's Next?

Once you submit all the missing documents listed on your award letter, we can verify the information you reported on your CSS Profile and/or FAFSA. If no other documents are required, your aid offer will become official.
