Welcome to the Neighborhood Partnership Program’s inaugural Occidental College Academy. The Occidental College Academy will be the first collaboration of its kind between NPP and our GEAR UP 4 LA/LAUSD partner high schools.

The Occidental College Academy (OCA) is a two week summer program that will center social justice learning and practice in a high school context. GEAR UP 4 LA/LAUSD students will create art in all of its forms and use their creations as a medium to help students understand what social justice means for themselves, their families and their immediate community.
